09/10	Program Director for a major Business Transformation project	These three roles are key leadership roles in the mobilization phase of an ongoing program to transform our Client into a major ICT force in the countries in which it operates. The Client has already developed high level transformation and “go to market plans”. The roles will be based in country for approximately 15 months. Candidates should be able to demonstrate that they have worked at a senior (“C”) level on similar assignments.

We need a number of experienced Process Designers who can work with the clients to help them re-engineer their processes in the areas of lead to Cash, Trouble to Resolve, Concept to Market and Enterprise Management.
09/14	Marketing Expert	A Marketing pragmatist with experience of introducing and/or operating marketing governance frameworks, and experience of evolving commercial models including value-add layering and revenue sharing
09/15	Sales and Channel Expert	A Sales and/or marketing pragmatist with experience of establishing and managing channels including internal sales force development, knowledge of customer lifetime value management.
09/16	Telco Portfolio Expert	An experienced portfolio strategy and marketing consultant with knowledge of fixed, mobile ISP, and overseas operator wholesale products including interconnect, bilateral minutes, hubbing, IP transit, in-span interconnect, etc
09/17	Product Marketing Expert	A Product marketing pragmatist with experience of introducing and/or operating product lifetime management governance frameworks, plus experience of undertaking market audits and of VoIP market in its broadest sense (including prepaid card products).

09/21	Organizational Design Consultant	This consultant’s skills requirement is that of an organizational design and human resources expert with experience of managing the implementation of organizational change programmes, including employee communications.
09/22	Performance Management Consultant	The skills requirement is that of a performance management expert with experience of managing the design and implementation of performance management and performance based payment systems.
09/23	Culture Change Expert	The skills requirement is that of a culture change expert who can facilitate a collective understanding of values and behaviours which underpin the implementation of business strategy and ensure that they are embedded in every-day processes.
09/24	HR Consultant	The skills requirement is that of a senior HR consultant who can align the resources of the HR department behind business strategy. The consultant will focus on high-value adding HR services whilst developing low-cost delivery mechanisms for basic transactional services. The consultant will also conduct training in two areas: HR Business Process Improvement and Management Development.
09/25	IT Migration	An experienced IT Architect who can support the client in the migration to new systems and technology. The successful candidate must be familiar with IT Governance Frameworks and Service Orientated Architectures
09/26	Technical Design Authority	An experienced Technical Designer who will sign off designs to assure that they comply with prescribed architectural and technical standards.

09/28	OSS Experts (Systems and Processes)	There are a number of opportunities for experienced OSS Consultants both systems and processes
09/29	Business Modeller / Techno Economist	The main purpose of this role is to assist the organisation in understanding the role of benefits modelling in business case production, tracking the delivery of capabilities which will lead to benefits once implemented and to establish a tracking mechanism once capabilities are delivered. This includes responsibility for the production of the Benefits Plan and for keeping it updated as the portfolio goes through the project stage gates and as the needs of the business change. He or she will also work closely with the Business Change Managers in SLT to ensure that the benefits modelling is realistic and that target benefits are reflected in operations line management objectives.
