These three roles

Client has already developed high level transformation and “go to

Business Modeller /
Techno Economist

The
main purpose of this role is to assist the organisation
in understanding the role of benefits modelling
in business case production, tracking the delivery of capabilities
which will lead to benefits once implemented and to establish a
tracking mechanism once capabilities are delivered.
This
includes responsibility for the production of the Benefits Plan and
for keeping it updated as the portfolio goes through the project stage
gates and as the needs of the business change. He or she will also
work closely with the Business Change Managers in SLT to ensure that
the benefits modelling
is realistic and that target benefits are reflected in operations line
management objectives.
